Cancellation policy

As a consumer, you have a thirty-day right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a person named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

Please note: For reasons of hygiene, items can only be returned if they have not been worn in everyday life. Trying on the items is of course permitted. If you have only tried on the product and have not worn it in everyday life, you can exchange it or receive a refund.

You must bear the shipping costs yourself in the event of a withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the deadline expires.

We offer a free exchange. Please select the return reason "exchange" in the portal and enclose a note with your desired size and color.

Note:
A second exchange is subject to a charge.
If you are no longer within the right of withdrawal with your first order and then make an exchange, the return period still only applies to the first order. The return period cannot be extended by the exchange. It is not permissible to claim that the return period is still valid due to the second order. The deadline applies exclusively to the first order.

If you would like to return your order completely instead, select the appropriate reason in the portal. As soon as we receive your parcel, we will refund you the amount - minus the return costs:

  • 3.95 € for return shipping within Germany

  • 7.95 from Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg and Spain.

  • 9,90 € from Denmark

  • 14,90 CHF from Switzerland

This distinction is important to avoid misunderstandings. Thank you for your understanding.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments in accordance with our GTCs within 20 working days at the latest after we have demonstrably received your return.
We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods - whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than thirty days from the day on which you inform us of your revocation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value if this is due to unnecessary handling of the goods.

There is no right of withdrawal for the following contracts:

  • Delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons if the seal has been removed.

  • Delivery of goods which, due to their nature, were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

Special notes

If you have financed this contract with a loan and revoke it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement - provided that both contracts form a single economic unit. This is particularly the case if we are also your lender or your lender works with us.

If we have already received the loan when the revocation takes effect, your lender will assume our rights and obligations with regard to the legal consequences. This does not apply to the purchase of financial instruments.

If you want to avoid a contractual commitment, use your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you have a right of withdrawal.

Please note that the processing of your return and the subsequent refund can take up to 10 days after receipt of the return. Thank you for your understanding.
